का.आ. 2199(अ).—भारत में (हाइविड और) इलेवरिक िाहनों के तीव्र अंगीकरण और विवनमााण की स्कीम [फेम इंवडया

स्कीम] जो का.आ. 830(अ) दिनांक 13 माचा, 2015 को अविसूवचत की गई थी, में आंविक संिोिन करते हुए तत्काल प्रभाि से

वनम्नवलवित संिोिन दकए जाते हैं:-

िंड सं. 24 (स्कीम की पृष्ठ सं. 4) के अंतगात उप-िंड (सीसी) वनम्नित जोडा जाता है:

िंड 24 (सीसी) : इलेवरिक वतपवहया िाहन (वजसकी अविकतम गवत 25 दक.मी./घंटा हो) :

िंड सं. 30 (स्कीम की पृष्ठ सं. 6) के अंतगात उप-िंड (जे) वनम्नित जोडा जाता है:

िंड 30 (जे) : एल5 िगा के इलेवरिक वतपवहया िाहन (वजसकी अविकतम गवत 25 दक.मी./घंटा हो ) के मामले में एआईएस

049 के अनुसार प्रमावणत और टाइप अनुमोदित दकया जाए ।

अनुबंि 13 (स्कीम की पृष्ठ सं. 21) के अंतगात वनम्नवलवित ब्यौरे के अनुसार कम गवत िाले वतपवहया िाहनों के वलए िाहन

प्रोत्साहन हेतु एक नई तावलका 2(ए) जोडी जाती है:

तावलका 2(ए): कम गवत िाले वतपवहया िाहन (िगा एल5 समकक्ष)

ये प्रोत्साहन केिल उन िाहनों को उपलब्ि कराए जाएंगे वजनका विवनमााण भारत में दकया गया है और भारत में

न्यूनतम 35% का मूल्य संििान हुआ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th July, 2017

S.O. 2199(E).— In partial modification of the Scheme for Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of (Hybrid &)

Electric Vehicles in India [FAME India Scheme] which was notified vide S.O. 830(E) dated the 13th March 2015, the

following amendments are made with immediate effect:—

(1)

Sub-clause (cc) is inserted under Clause 24 (Page No. 25 of the Scheme) as under :

Clause 24(cc): Electric Three Wheeler (with maximum speed not exceeding 25 KM /Hour)

(2)

Sub-clause (j) in inserted under Clause 30 (Page No. 26 of the Scheme) as under :

Clause 30(j): be certified and type approved as per AIS 049 in case of L5 Category Electric Three

Wheeler (with maximum speed not exceeding 25 KM/Hour)

Under Annexure 13 (Page No. 38 of the Scheme), a new Table 2(a) is inserted for the demand incentives for

low speed three wheelers, as detailed below :
