dk-vk- 2214¼v½.—यत:, मै. सुजलॉन इंन्ᮨास्ᮝक्चर िलिमटेड जो तिमलनाडु राज्य मᱶ एक िनजी संगठन

है, ने तिमलनाडु राज्य के िकᲵमपलायम तथा करूमथमपᲵी ᮕाम, पल्लादम तालुक, कोयम्बटूर िजले मᱶ हाईटेक

इंजीिनयरी के िलए एक िवशेष आिथर्क जोन की स्थापना हेतु िवशेष आिथर्क जोन अिधिनयम, 2005 (2005 का

28) (िजसे एतद्प᳟ात उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतगर्त ᮧस्ताव िकया था;

और यत:, केन्ᮤ सरकार ने िवशेष आिथर्क जोन िनयम 2006 के िनयम 8 के साथ पिठत उᲦ आिधिनयम की

धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए िन᳜िलिखत क्षेᮢᲂ को िवशेष आिथर्क जोन के रूप

मᱶ अिधसूिचत एवं अनिधसूिचत िकया िजनका िववरण इस ᮧकार है;

और यत;, केन्ᮤ सरकार नᱶ पᮢ िदनांक 7 िसतबंर 2009 ᳇ारा मᱹ. सुजलॉन इंᮨास्ᮝक्चर िलिमटेड का नाम

मᱹ. िसनेᮨा इंजीिनयिरग एवं कंस्ᮝक्शन िलिमटेड मᱶ पिरवितर्त िकया;

और यत;, केन्ᮤ सरकार नᱶ पᮢ िदनांक 12 अगस्त 2014 ᳇ारा मᱹ. िसनेᮨा इंजीिनयिरग एवं कंस्ᮝक्शन

िलिमटेड का नाम मᱹ. एस्पेन इंᮨास्ᮝक्चरस िलिमटेड मᱶ पिरवितर्त िकया;

और यत;, मᱹ. एस्पेन इंᮨास्ᮝक्चरस िलिमटेड एसईजेड ने अब उᲦ िवशेष आिथर्क जोन के 2.2338

हेक्टेयर के क्षेᮢ को अनिधसूिचत करने का ᮧस्ताव िकया है;

और यत;, तिमलनाडु सरकार ने उनके िदनांक 18 मई, 2017 के पᮢ सं. 8333/एम.आई. ई-2/2016-5, के

तहत ᮧस्ताव को अनापिᱫ ᮧमाण पᮢ दे िदया है;

और यत;, िवकास आयुᲦ, मेप्स िवशेष आिथर्क जोन ने िवशेष आिथर्क जोन के 2.2338 हेक्टेयर क्षेᮢ को

अनिधसूिचत करने के ᮧस्ताव को संस्तुित की है;

और यत:, केन्ᮤ सरकार, इस बात से संतु᳥ है िक अिधिनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतगर्त

अपेक्षाᲐ तथा अन्य संम्बिधत अपेक्षाᲐ को पूरा कर िलया गया है;

अत:, अब िवशेष आिथर्क जोन अिधिनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परन्तुक ᳇ारा

ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए और िवशेष आिथर्क जोन िनयमावली, 2006 के िनयम 8 के अनुसरण मᱶ केन्ᮤ

सरकार एतद्व्दारा 2.2338 हेक्टेयर के क्षेᮢ को उᲦ िवशेष आिथर्क जोन के भाग मᱶ से अनिधसूिचत करती है,

िजसके पिरमाणत: कुल क्षेᮢ 84.4767 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा िजसमᱶ िन᳜िलिखत तािलका मᱶ उिल्लिखत सवᱷक्षण

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th July, 2017

S.O. 2214(E).—Whereas, M/s. Suzlon Infrastructure Limited, a private organization in the State of

Tamil Nadu, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005),

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for High Tech

Engineering sector at Kittampalayam and Karumathampatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District in

the State of Tamil Nadu;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-

notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below :—

And, Whereas, The Central Government, Further Approved The Request Of Change Of Name From

M/S. Suzlon Infrastructure Limited To M/S. Synefra Engineering And Construction Ltd Vide Letter Dated

7^th September, 2009;

And, Whereas, The Central Government, Also Approved The Request Of Change Of Name From

M/S. Synefra Engineering And Construction Ltd To M/S Aspen Infrastructures Ltd Vide Letter Dated

12^th August, 2014;

And, Whereas, M/S Aspen Infrastructures Ltd SEZ Has Now Proposed For De-Notification Of 2.2338

Hectares At The Above Special Economic Zone;

And, Whereas, The State Government Of Tamil Nadu Has Given Its Approval To The Proposal Vide

Letter No. 8333/MIE.2/2016-5, Dated 18^th May, 2017;

And, Whereas, the Development Commissioner, MEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended

the proposal for de-notification of an area of 2.2338 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

Now, Whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of

section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4

of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,

2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.2338 hectares, thereby making resultant area

as 84.4767 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:—
