अंतᳶनिहत शिᲦयᲂ तथा इसके पᭃ मᱶ अ᭠य सभी शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, िनदेशक मंडल एतारा िन᳜िलिखत िविनयमन
बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत् :—

(1) इन िविनयमनᲂ को रा᳦ीय डेरी िवकास बोडᭅ (िनिध, लेखे एवं बजट का संचालन) (संशोधन) िविनयमन, 2017
कहा जाएगा ।
(2) जब तक ᳰक इन िविनयमनᲂ मᱶ अ᭠यथा न कहा जाए, यह ᮧावधान भारत के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से
ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे ।

(1) िविनयमन 26 के उप-िविनयमन (1) मᱶ, श᭣द “बही” को श᭣दᲂ “संपिᱫ का मू᭨य” के पहले जोड़ा जाए ।
(2) िविनयमन 27 के उप-िविनयमन (1) मᱶ, दो बार िलखे गए श᭣दᲂ “दस हजार” के ᭭थान पर श᭣दᲂ “एक लाख” को
ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा तथा िलखे गए श᭣दᲂ “पचास हजार” के ᭭थान पर श᭣दᲂ “तीन लाख” को
ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा ।
(3) िविनयमन 27 के उप-िविनयमन (3) मᱶ, श᭣दᲂ “दस हजार” के ᭭थान पर श᭣दᲂ “एक लाख” को ᮧित᭭थािपत
ᳰकया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28 April, 2017
The NDDB (Administration of Fund, Accounts & Budget) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017
No. DEL: NDDB.–In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the National Dairy
Development Board Act, 1987 (37 of 1987) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, the
Board of Directors hereby make the following regulations, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement :
(1) These Regulations may be called the NDDB (Administration of Fund, Accounts &
Budget) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017.
(2) Save as otherwise provided in these Regulations, the provisions thereof shall come into
force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.
2. Amendments to the NDDB (Administration of Fund, Accounts & Budget) Regulations,
1988.
(1) In sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 26, the word “book” may be added before the words
“value of the property”.
(2) In sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 27, for the words “ten thousand” appearing twice the
words “one lakh” shall be substituted and for the words appearing “fifty thousand” the
words “three lakh” shall be substituted.
(3) In sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 27, for the words “ten thousand” the words “one lakh”
shall be substituted.
