New Delhi, the 28th August, 2017

O.N. 65(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13B of the Representation of

People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) and in supersession of the Commission’s Notification No. 429/DNH/2008(1) dated

30^th September, 2011, the Election Commission of India hereby designates in consultation with the Administration of

Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, the Deputy Secretary (Election)/Resident Deputy Collector (Silvassa), Dadra

and Nagar Haveli as the Election Registration Officer of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Parliamentary Constituency in the

Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
