NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st September, 2017

S.O. 2866 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India

Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the further amendment in the notification of Government

of India in Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 581(E), dated 21^st June, 2001, namely:—

In the Table to the said notification for the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3)

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the

Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part

II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E), dated the 4^th April, 2011, namely:—
