NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017

S.O. 4050(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers in mentioned in

column (2) of the schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such

authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official

Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule

relating to Districts, Taluka, Police stations and Villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7)

respectively of the said schedule for Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR)

for rehabilitation and up-gradation to 2 lane/2 lane with paved shoulders configurations & strengthening of

National Highways no. 125 from Km 52.00 (Tanakpur) to km 202.00 (Pithoragarh) (for Champawat

Bypass from Ex. Km 121.650 to Km 129.400 of NH-125) in the State of Uttarakhand
