New Delhi, the 18th January, 2018

S.O. 338(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 read with Section 6 of the

Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act No. 25 of 1946), the Central Government with the consent of State

Government of Kerala Home (SSA) Department vide Notification No. 33555/SSA2/2016/Home dated 08.06.2017 hereby

extends the powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of

Kerala for investigation of offences involved in Crime No. 562/2014 of Parassala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram

District registered in connection with the death of Sreejeev and other matters thereto.
