का.आ. 335(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार के संतुष्ट हो जाने पर दक लोकधहत में ऐसा करना अपेधित है, औद्योधगक धववाद

अधधधनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में ‘बैंक नोट पेपर धमल

प्राईवेट धलधमटेड, मैसूर, कनााटक, में लगे उद्योगों की सेवाएं शाधमल हैं, जो दक औद्योधगक धववाद अधधधनयम, 1947 (1947

का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रधवधष्ट 32 में शाधमल हैं, को जैसा ‎दक इस मंत्रालय की ‎ददनांक 01.08.2017 की अ‎धधसूचना

द्वारा उक्त अधधधनयम के प्रयोजन के धलए ददनांक 01 अगस्त, 2017 से छ: मास की कालावधध के धलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा

अ‎धधसू‎धचत ‎दकया गया था।

और यह दक, केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है दक लोकधहत में उक्त कालावधध को छ: मास के धलए और बढाया जाना

अपेधित है।

अत:, अब, औद्योधगक धववाद अधधधनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के

परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उपरोक्त अधधधनयम के प्रयोजन के धलए

ददनांक 1 फरवरी, 2018 से छ: मास की कालावधध के धलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोधषत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19^th January, 2018

S. O. 335(E).—Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so

requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial

Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), declared by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Labour and Employment, dated 01.08.2017 the services in the ‘Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited,

Mysore, Karnataka’ which is covered by item 32 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 (14

of 1947 ) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, for a period of six months with effect

from 1^st August, 2017.

And whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the

said period by a further period of six months.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of

section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be

a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act, for a period of six months with effect from 1^st

February 2018.
