उपयोग करते *ए भारतीय दत प-रषद्, के0 सरकार क अि1म 2वीकृित के साथ, भारत के राजप7, असाधारण,

दनांकत 12 जनवरी, 2006 के भाग III, अनुभाग 4 म; कािशत मूल भारतीय दत प-रषद् (नए दत

महािव?ालय$ क 2थापना, नए या उ@तर अAययन अथवा िशBण पाCDम का आरFभ तथा दत महािव?ालय$

म; वेश Bमता क वृिG) िविनयम, 2006 म; एतJारा नामतः िनLांकत संशोधन करती है :-

लघु शीष क एवं ारंभ :-

इन िविनयम$ को “भारतीय दत प-रषद् (नए दत महािव?ालय$ क 2थापना, नए या उ@तर

अAययन अथवा िशBण पाCDम का आरFभ तथा दत महािव?ालय$ म; वेश Bमता क

वृिG) (दसवाँ संशोधन) िविनयम, 2018” कहा जा सकता है।

(ii)

वे आिधका-रक राजप7 म; अपने काशन के दनांक से भावी ह$गे।

उ@तर अAययन पाCDम आरFभ करने / पराSातक सीट; बढ़ाने / अनुमित के नवीकरण के आवेदन ाW

होने एवं के0 सरकार तथा भारतीय दत प-रषद् ारा उनके Dमण के िलए, 11.03.2016 को अिधसूिचत

“भारतीय दत प-रषद् (नए दत महािव?ालय$ क 2थापना, नए या उ@तर अAययन अथवा िशBण पाCDम

का आरFभ तथा दत महािव?ालय$ म; वेश Bमता क वृिG) (आठवाँ संशोधन) िविनयम, 2016” के िविनयम

4(2) के अतग त समय सारणी के नीचे, भारत सरकार के प7ांक वी.12012/2/2018-डीई दनांकत

भाग III, अनुभाग 4 म; कया गया था एवं उह; अिधसूचनाi दनांकत 16.01.2006,

21.02.2006, 03.11.2006, 22.05.2012, 11.03.2016 तथा 05.07.2017 के माAयम से

संशोिधत कया गया था।

New Delhi, the 12th March, 2018

No. DE-22(10)-2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of the Dentists Act, 1948, the Dental

Council of India, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following Amendment to the

Principle Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or

Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) Regulations, 2006, published in Part III, Section 4 of

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated 12^th January, 2006 namely:-

Short title and Commencement:-

(i)

These Regulations may be called the “Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges,

Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental

Colleges) (10^th Amendment) Regulations, 2018”.

(ii)

They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Below the Time Schedule u/r 4(2) “Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening

of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) (8^th Amendment)

Regulations, 2016”, notified on 11.03.2016, for receipt of application for opening of Higher Courses of Study / increase

of Postgraduate seats/renewal of permission and processing of the applications by the Central Government and the Dental

Council of India, the new Time Schedule for Admission and Counseling for Postgraduate Courses, pursuant to the

direction of the Government of India in its letter No.V.12012/2/2018-DE dated 05.02.2018, is hereby inserted:-
