S.O. 1160 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central

Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby

makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely: -

In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “CHATTISGARH”, after serial number 31 and the entries relating

thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
