CORRIGENDUM TO NITIFICATION

S.O. 1169(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of

India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2826 (E) dated the 14 October, 2015 and Corrigendum

notification number S.O. 615 (E) dated 23 February, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii), for the stretch of land specified in the corresponding Schedule for building (widening/two-

laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the National Highway No. 07 (Old NH No. 58) from

Km. 368.000 to Km. 384.400 in the State of Uttarakhand, namely:-

In the serial no. (9) of column (7) from Gazette notification number S.O. 2826(E) dated the 14 October, 2015

and corrigendum notification number S.O. 615 (E) dated 23 February, 2017 for the words “Mawana” the words "Marora"

shall be substituted.
