(2) के साथ प ठत अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क( धारा 3 क( उप-धारा (1) +ारा द,

शि-य. का योग करते 0ए, के1 2 सरकार हरयाणा

हरयाणा सरकार के परामश से भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (संवग पद सं3 या का

िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 म4 आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एत7ारा िन निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अथात्:—

1. (i)

इन िविनयम. को भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (संवग पद सं3 या का िनयतन) तीसरा संशोधन िविनयमावली,

2018 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िविनयम सरकारी राजप< म4 उनके काशन क( तारीख से वृ> त ह.गे।

2. भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (संवग पद सं3 या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 क( अनुसूची म4 “हरयाणा

हरयाणा

हरयाणा” शीषक के

िलए और उससे संबंिधत िविGय. के िलए िन निलिखत ित H थािपत कया जाएगा, अथात् :—

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2018

G.S.R. 1221(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India

Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service

(Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Haryana, hereby

makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre

Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:─

(1)

These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre

Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the Schedule,

for the heading “Haryana” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:─
