(अ).—अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क धारा 3 क

उप-धारा (1) ारा द शिय का योग करते $ए, के& ' सरकार हरयाणा

हरयाणा

हरयाणा सरकार के परामश* से भारतीय शासिनक

सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 म, आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एत0ारा िन निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा*त्:—

(i) इन िविनयम को भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (वेतन) तीसरा संशोधन िनयमावली, 2018 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िविनयम सरकारी राजप8 म, उनके काशन क तारीख से वृ< त हगे।

भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 क अनुसूची-II म,

(क) सूची म, भाग-क म, राDय सरकार के अधीन भारतीय शासिनक सेवा म, वEरF वेतनमान से ऊपर वेतन वाले पद म,

थम कॉलम म, आने वाली ‘हEरयाणा’ िविK तथा दूसरे कॉलम म, समवतL िविK के िलए िन निलिखत ितM थािपत

कया जाएगा, नामत:

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2018

G.S.R. 1222(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India

Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Haryana

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016,

namely: ─

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–
