नई िदल्ली, 12 िदसम् बर, 2018
का॰ आ॰ 6223 (अ).—जबिक, भारत सरकार को लोकिहत मे यह आवश्यक पर्तीत होता है िक तिमल नाडु राज्य मᱶ
पर्ाकृितक गैस के पिरवहन के िलए ऐ के एम ओ एन जी सी ईपीएस से गेल ऐ के एम दी टी पाइपलाइन तक गेल (इंिडया)
िलिमटेड ᳇ारा एक पाइपलाइन िबछाई जानी चािहए;
और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन िबछाने के पर्योजन के िलए यह आवश्यक पर्तीत होता हे िक उस भूिम मᱶ,
िजसमᱶ उक्त पाइपलाइन िबछाए जाने का पर्स्ताव है और जो इस अिधसूचना मᱶ संलग्न अनुसूची मᱶ विणत है, उपयोग के
अिधकार का अजर्न िकया जाए;
अतः अब, भारत सरकार, पैटर्ोिलयम और खिनज पाइपलाइन (भूिम मᱶ उपयोग के अिधकार का अजर्न) अिधिनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा पर्दᱫ शिक्तयᲂ का पर्योग करते हुए, उस भूिम मᱶ उपयोग के अिधकार
का अजर्न करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ;
कोई ᳞िक्त, जो उक्त अनुसूची मᱶ विणत भूिम मᱶ िहतब) है, उस तािरख से िजसको उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 3 की
उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपतर् मᱶ यथा-पर्कािशत इस अिधसूचना की पर्ितयां साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध कर दी
जाती है, 21 िदन के भीतर, भूिम के नीचे पाइपलाइन िबछाए जाने के संबंध मᱶ , सक्षम पर्ािधकारी, गेल (इंिडया) िलिमटेड,
तिमल नाडु राज्य एवं संघ शािसत पर्देश पुडुचेरी, कावेरी बेिसन, पहली एवं दूसरी मंिजल, ए.एच.एम. काम्प्लेक्स, न. 164,
कमाराजार सलाई, कराईकल िजला, पुडुचेरी, यू. टी. को िलिखत रूप मᱶ आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 12th December, 2018
S. O. 6223(E).—Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for
transportation of natural gas from AKM ONGC EPS to GAIL AKM DT pipeline in the State of Tamil Nadu, a pipeline
should be laid by GAIL (India) Limited;
And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary
to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the
Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby declares its
intention to acquire the Right of User therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of
which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette
of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein for
laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority GAIL (India) Limited, State of Tamil Nadu and Union
Territory of Puducherry, Cauvery Basin, 1st & 2nd Floor, AHM Complex, No. 164 Kamarajar Salai, Karaikal District,
Puducherry, U.T.
