303 (अ).—के ीय सरकार ने, राीय राजमाग अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसम इसके

पात् उ अिधिनयम कहा गया है) क धारा 3क क उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी क गई भारत सरकार के सड़क परवहन

और राजमाग मं$ालय क अिधसूचना सं%या का.आ. 4178(अ), तारीख 23 अग'त, 2018, जो भारत के राजप$,

असाधारण, भाग II, ख)ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म +कािशत क गई थी, .ारा महारा रा/य के नंदुरबार िजले म NH53 के क.मी.

606 से क.मी.649 (कले0टर ऑफस नंदुरबार) तक के राीय राजमाग के िनमाण (चोड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, आद),

अनुर7ण, +बंधन और +चालन के िलए उस अिधसूचना से उपाब: अनुसूची म िविन;द< भूिम का अजन करने के अपने आशय

क घोषणा क थी ;

और उ अिधसूचना का सार उ अिधिनयम क धारा 3क क उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "09.09.2018 " को

"लोकमत" और "द टाईस ऑफ इंिडया" दोन? म +कािशत कया गया था ;

और आ7ेप +ा@ Aए थे और स7म +ािधकारी ने उन पर िवचार कर िलया है और आ7ेप? को अननुCात कर दया है ;

और स7म +ािधकारी ने उ अिधिनयम क धारा 3घ क उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म, के ीय सरकार को अपनी

रपोट दे दी है ;

अतः अब, के ीय सरकार, स7म +ािधकारी क उ रपाटD +ा@ हो जाने पर और उ अिधिनयम क धारा 3घ क

उपधारा (1) .ारा +दE शिय? का +योग करते Aए, यह घोषणा करती है क उ अनुसूची म िविन;द< भूिम का पूवG

+योजन के िलए अजन कया जाना चािहए ;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2018

S.O. 6303(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, S.O.No.4178(E), dated the 23 August 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section

3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY

[PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the

Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation of NH53 on the stretch of land from Km 606 to Km 649 (Collector office Nandurbar) in the District of

NANDURBAR in the State of MAHARASHTRA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Lokmat” and “The Times of India”

both dated 09.09.2018; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the

competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
