िनयम, 2000 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा3त् :--

(1) इन िनयम( का संि<= त नाम उ5 चतम यायालय िविधक सेवा सिमित (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है ।
(2) ये राजप? म@ उनके काशन क" तारीख से वृC त ह(गे ।
2. उ5 चतम यायालय िविधक सेवा सिमित िनयम, 2000 के िनयम 7 म@, ‘‘H. 1,25,000 (एक लाख प5 चीस हजार
Hपए)’’ अ<र(, अंक(, कोI ठक( और शK द( के L थान पर, ‘‘H. 5,00,000 (पांच लाख Hपए)’’ अ<र, अंक, कोI ठक और शK द रखे
जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2018
G.S.R. 1237(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987
(39 of 1987), the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Rules, 2000, namely :-

These rules may be called the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (Amendment)
Rules, 2018.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Office Gazette.
2. In the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Rules, 2000, in rule 7, for the letters, figures, brackets and
words “Rs.1,25,000 (Rupees One lakh twenty-five thousand)", the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs.5,00,000
(Rupees five lakh)" shall be substituted.
