(अ).—आयकर अिधिनयम, 1961 (1961 का 43) क धारा 10 के खंड (46) ारा द शिय का योग करते

ए, क सरकार एतद् ारा राजथान राय सरकार ारा गठत एक सोसायटी ‘राजथान राय ओपन कूल सोसायटी’ जयपुर को उ

ख*ड के योजनाथ, उस िनकाय को होने वाली िन/िलिखत िविन0द,1 आय के बारे म अिधसूिचत करती है, नामत:-

(क)

िव8ा9थ,य का वेश शु:क, परी;ा शु:क तथा अितर (डु=लीकेट) अंक तािलका शु:क; तथा

(ख)

उपरो (क) पर अ9ज,त ?याज।

यह अिधसूचना इन शतA के अBयधीन भावी होगी Dक ‘राजथान राय ओपन कूल सोसायटी’, जयपुर -

(क)

Dकसी भी Eावसाियक गितिविध म शािमल नहF होगा;

(ख)

काय,कलाप और िवशेष आय क कृित, िवीय वषA के दौरान अपरव9त,त रहेगी; और

(ग)

आयकर अिधिनयम, 1961 क धारा 139 क उपधारा – 4(ग) के खंड (छ) के ावधान के अनुसार आय क िववरणी

दायर करेगा।

यह अिधसूचना कर िनधा,रण वष, 2016-17, 2017-18 तथा 2018-19 के िलए लागू होना माना जाएगा तथा िनधा,रण वष,

2019-20 तथा 2020-21 के संबंध म लागू होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018

S.O. 6355(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961

(43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said clause, ‘Rajasthan State Open School

Society’, Jaipur, a society constituted by the State Government of Rajasthan, in respect of the following specified income

arising to that Society, namely:-

(a) Admission fees of students, Exam fees and Duplicate Marks Sheet fees; and

(b) Interest earned on (a) above.

2.

This notification shall be effective subject to the conditions that Rajasthan State Open School Society, Jaipur-

(a) shall not engage in any commercial activity;

(b) activities and the nature of the specified income shall remain unchanged throughout the financial years; and

(c) shall file return of income in accordance with the provision of clause (g) of sub-section (4C) of section 139 of

the Income-tax Act, 1961.

This notification shall be deemed to have been applied for the assessment years 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and

2018-2019 and shall apply with respect to the assessment years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
