िबहार रा,य के पटना िजले म राीय राजमाग सं.या - 31 के क.मी. 153.300 से क.मी. 204.350 तक के भू-खड (/टा -

िसम1रया खड) का िनमाण (चौड़ीकरण/चार-लेन का बनाने आद), अनुर6ण, $बधन और $चालन के लोक $योजन के िलए वह

भूिम अपेि6त है िजसका संि6: वणन नीचे अनुसूची म दया गया है, ऐसी भूिम का अजन करने के अपने आशय क" घोषणा करती है।

कोई <ि!, जो उ! भूिम म िहतब> है, उ! अिधिनयम क" धारा 3ग क" उप-धारा (1) के अधीन पूव@! $योजन के िलए

ऐसी भूिम के उपयोग पर राजपA म इस अिधसूचना के $काशन क" तारीख से इB"स दन के भीतर आ6ेप कर सकेगा ।

ऐसा $Cयेक आ6ेप स6म $ािधकारी, अथात् िजला भू-अजन पदािधकारी, पटना को िलिखत Eप म कया जाएगा और

उसम उसके आधार अिधकिथत कए जाएंगे और स6म $ािधकारी, आ6ेपकता को <ि!गत Eप म या कसी िविध <वसायी #ारा

सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसी आ6ेप( क" सुनवाई के पात् तथा ऐसी और जाँच करने के पात्, यद कोई हो, िजसे स6म

$ािधकारी आवFयक समझे, आदेश #ारा या तो आ6ेप( को अनुGात कर सकेगा या अननुGात कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2020

S.O. 136 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening / four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 31 in the stretch of

land from Km. 153.300 to Km. 204.350 (Aunta-Simaria Section) in the district of PATNA in the State of BIHAR,

hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, District Land Acquisition Officer,

Patna, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and

after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
