उप-िनयम (1) ,ारा यथापेि.त नागर िवमानन महािनदेशक ,ारा लाइसे0स दान नह+
कया जाता है।

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2020

No. AV-11012/4/2005-A.—In pursuance of proviso to sub-rule (1A) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937

and in supersession of the notification No. S.O. 710(E) dated 31st January, 2019 published in the Gazette of India,

Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on 6th February, 2019, the Central Government hereby directs that no person

shall operate Scheduled air transport services to/from Diu aerodrome after 31st December, 2020 unless it has been

licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation as required by sub-rule (1A) of rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules,

1937.
