सा.का.जि. 782(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार भांडागारण (जवकास और जवजियमि) अजधजियम, 2007 (2007 का 37)
की धारा 50 की उप धारा (2) के खण्ड (क), (ख) और (ग) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भांडागारण (जवकास
और जवजियमि) भांडागारों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण जियम, 2017 में और संिोधि करिे के जलए जिम् िजलजखत जियम बिाती है,
अर्ावत् :–
1. (1) इि जियमों का संजिप् त िाम भांडागारण (जवकास और जवजियमि) भांडागारों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण (संिोधि) जियम,
2020 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उिके प्रकािि की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भांडागारण (जवकास और जवजियमि) भांडागारों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण जियम, 2017 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उि जियम
कहा गया है) में तीसरी अिुसूची के स्ट्र्ाि पर जिम्नजलजखत अिुसूची रखी िाएगी, अर्ावत:-

प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 500 टि से अजधक है, लेदकि 1,000 टि से
कम या समाि है

प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 1,000 टि से अजधक है, लेदकि 2,500 टि से
कम या समाि है
10,000/- रुपए
प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 2,500 टि से अजधक है, लेदकि 5,000 टि से
कम या समाि है
15,000/- रुपए
प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 5,000 टि से अजधक है, लेदकि 10,000 टि से
कम या समाि है
20,000/- रुपए
प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 10,000 टि से अजधक है, लेदकि 25,000 टि
से कम या समाि है
25,000/- रुपए
प्रत्येक भांडागार जिसकी िमता 25,000 टि से अजधक है
30,000/- रुपए
िहां आवेिक या भांडागारपाल कोई दकसाि उत्पािक संगठि अर्वा प्रार्जमक कृजष सहकारी साख सजमजत है, तो
फीस 5000 रुपए प्रजत भांडागार होगी।”
3. उि जियम में सातवीं अिुसूची के स्ट्र्ाि पर जिम्नजलजखत अिुसूची रखी िाएगी, अर्ावत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2020
G.S.R. 782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section
50 of the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes
the following rules further to amend the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses
Rules, 2017, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses
(Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017 (herein after referred
to as the said rules), for the Third Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
“The Third Schedule

Application fees for registration and renewal with the Authority

Each warehouse with a capacity of upto 500 Ton
Rs. 5,000/-
Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 500 Ton but less than or equal
to 1,000 Ton
Rs. 7,500/-
Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 1,000 Ton but less than or
equal to 2,500 Ton
Rs. 10,000/-
Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 2,500 Ton but less than or
equal to 5,000 Ton
Rs. 15,000/-
Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 5,000 Ton but less than or
equal to 10,000 Ton
Rs. 20,000/-
Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 10,000 Ton but less than or
equal to 25,000 Ton
Rs. 25,000/-

Each warehouse with a capacity of more than 25,000 Ton
Rs. 30,000/-
Where the applicant or warehouseman is a Farmer Producer Organisation or a Primary Agricultural
Cooperative Credit Society, the fee shall be Rs. 5,000 per warehouse.”
3. In the said rules, for the Seventh Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
