अनुसरण में (द)भारत सरकार एतद् द्वारा, तजमल नाडु राज्य मे मैससज गेल (इजण् डया) जलजमटेड की कोजि-

कूटानद–बेंगलुरु-मंगलौर पाइपलाइन (केकेबीएमपीएल) पररयोिना के जलये पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन

(भूजम में प्रयोक्ता के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 के तहत श्री जथरू पी. गुनासेकरन, रािस्ट्व जवभागीय

अजधकारी, होसुर, तजमलनाडु सरकार को, अजतररक्त कायजभार आधार, पर सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कायो का जनवजहन

करने के जलये प्राजधकृत करती है I

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2020

S.O. 4672(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the

Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Thiru. P. Gunasekaran, Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur,

Government of Tamil Nadu to perform the functions of Competent Authority on additional charge basis

under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Kochi-

Koottanad-Banguluru-Mangalore Pipeline (KKBMPL) Projects of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State

of Tamil Nadu.

2.

This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
