सं. आर-22012/1/2013-ओआर-I/ई-7712.—इस मंत्रालय द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकािनार्थ भेिे गए

दिनांक 29.12.2017 के संकल्प सं. आर-22012/1/2013-ओआर-I के अनुसरण में आगे यह संसूजित दकया िाता है दक

जनम्नजलजखत संिोधनों को प्रकाजित दकया िाए –

“पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की हाइड्रोकाबथन से संबंजधत वैज्ञाजनक सलाहकार सजमजत (एसएसी) का

कायथकाल दिनांक 29 दिसंबर, 2020 से एक वर्थ के जलए अर्वा अगले आिेि तक एतद्द्वारा बढाया िाता है। सजमजत के

जनबंधन और ितें अपररवर्तथत रहेंगी।”

RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2020

NO.R-22012/1/2013-OR-I/E-7712.—In continuation of the Resolution sent by this Ministry vide

No. R-22012/1/2013-OR-I dated 29.12.2017 for publication in THE GAZETTE of India, it is further conveyed that

the following amendments may be published:-

"The tenure of Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) on Hydrocarbon of the Ministry of Petroleum and

Natural Gas is hereby extended for a period of one year with effect from 29^th December, 2020 or till further order. The

terms and conditions of the Committee remain unchanged."

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all the State Governments, Union Territory
