का.आ. 4700(अ).—िबदक केंद्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है दक यह िनजहत में आवश्यक है दक एमडीएम-
एमएमटी सैक्टर से एमएमटी-एनआरएम सैक्टर तक पैरोजलयम तेल के पररवहन हेतु ऑइल एंड नेचुरल गैस कॉपोरेिन
ऑफ इंजडया जलजमटेड द्वारा तजमलनाडू राज्य के नागपट्टनम जिले की तरंगमबाड़ी तालुक के मेमािुर गााँव व नागप्परट्टनम
तालुक के जतरुमरुगल गााँव में पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाए ।
और िबदक, केंद्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है दक ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के उद्देश्य से, भूजम पर
उपयोगकताा के अजधकार, जिसके अंतगात उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाना प्रस्ट्ताजवत है और िो इस अजधसूचना के साथ
संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णात है, का अजधग्रहण दकया िाना आवश्यक है।
अब, इसजलए, पेरोजलयम एवं खजनि पाइपलाइन (उपयोगकताा के भूजम पर अजधकार का अजधग्रहण) अजधजनयम,
1962 (50/1962) की धारा की उपधारा 31 के अंतगात प्रित्त िजक्तयों के अभ्यास में केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा यहााँ
उपयोगकताा के अजधकार अजधगृहीत करने का मन्तव्य घोजित करती है।
कोई भी व्यजक्त उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णात भूजम में रुजच रखता है वह, यथा भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित तथा इस
अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां सामान्य िनता को जिस जतजथ को उपलब्ध करा िी िाएाँ, उससे 21 दिनों के भीतर सक्षम
प्राजधकारी, ऑइल एंड नेचुरल गैस कॉपोरेिन ऑफ इंजडया जलजमटेड, नेरावी, कारैक्काल, पुिुचेरी राज्य को जलजखत में
उपयोगकताा के अजधकार अजधग्रहण के अथवा भूजम अंतगात पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जवरुद्ध अपनी आपजत्त ििा करा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2020
S.O. 4700(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for
the transport of petroleum oil from MDM-MMT Sector to MMT-NRM Sector in the Memathur Village of
Tharangambadi Taluk and Thirumarugal Village of Nagapattinam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, Tamilnadu State.
Pipeline should be laid by the Oil and Natural Corporation of India Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is
described in the schedule annexed to this notification.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of the section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the land) Act , 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government
hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may within 21 days from the date on
which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public,
object in writing to the acquisition of right of user therein or laying of the pipelines under the land to the Competent
Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation of India Limited, Neravy, Karaikkal, Pondicherry State.
