का.आ. 4791(अ).—यतः, भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.

आ. 298 (अ), दिनांक 14 िनवरी 2019 द्वारा जनम् न तीन ्‍ लािा प पर 0.000 दक.मी. (रारा-2 के 211.700 दक.मी.) से

5.410 दक.मी. (रारा-27 का नया संरेखण) इलाहाबाि-मंगावन खण् ड के उपयगग हेत भारतीय रा्ीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण

(जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् ‘प्राजधकरण’ कहा गया है) कग अपने अजधकाररयों के माध्यम से अथवा संजविाकार के माध्यम से

उक्त ि ल्क संग्रहीत करने के जलए प्राजधकृत दकया था, अथागत्ः-

(i)

इलाहाबाि जिले के म ंगारी गांव में रारा-76 ई (नया रारा-35) के इलाहाबाि-जमिागप र रगड के 417.250 दक.मी.

पर ;

(ii)

इलाहाबाि जिले में गान् ने के जनकह हारग गांव में रारा-30 (प राना रारा-27) के इलाहाबाि-उ.प्र./मध् य प्रिेि सीमा

रगड के 38.200 दक.मी पर;

(iii)

इलाहाबाि जिले में अमरेहा गांव में रारा-76 (नया रारा-35) के इलाहाबाि-बांिा रगड के 382.930 दक.मी पर ;

केन् रीय सरकार, राष्‍ट रीय रािमागग ि ल् क जनयम (िरों का अवधारण एवं संग्रहण), 2008 के जनयम 3 के साथ परित

रा्ीय रािमागग प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयगग करते हुए,

भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग ।।, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग

मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 298 (अ), दिनांक 14 िनवरी 2019 में एतिद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत संिगधन करती है,

अथागत्ः-

ताजलका 1 के बाि बबंि -1 कग जनम्नान सार संिगजधत दकया िाएगा -

1. नीचे उद्ग्रहीत एवं संग्रहीत ि ल्क, जनम्नजलजखत में से दकसी भी ि ल्क ्‍लािा पर, ऐसे ि ल्क (्‍लािा) ्‍लािा प के जलए

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2020

S.O. 4791 (E)..—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways number S.O. 298(E) dated 14^th January 2019 authorised National Highway Authority of India (hereinafter

referred to as the “Authority”) to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor for the use of Allahabad -

Mangawan section from km 0.000 (km 211.700 of NH-2) to km 5.410 (new alignment of NH-27) at following three

plazas, namely: -

(i) Km. 417.250 at Mungari village, Allahabad District on NH-76E (New NH-35) Allahabad-Mirzapur Road;

(ii) Km. 38.200 at Harro village Near Ganne in Allahabad District on NH-30 (Old NH-27) Allahabad-UP/MP Border

Road;

(iii) Km 382.930 at Amreha Village in Allahabad District on NH-76 (New NH-35) Allahabad-Banda Road.

And whereas the Authority has now decided to shift the Amreha fee plaza at km 382.930 to the plaza at km

377.550 of NH-76 (New NH-35) at Umapur village in Allahabad District of Uttar Pradesh.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with

Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008, the Central Government

hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways bearing S.O. No. 298(E), dated 14^th January 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:
