कार्यकारी अध्र्क्ष, एनसीएलटी के रूप में कार्यकाल को तारीख 05.12.2020 से एनसीएलटी के जनर्जमत अध्र्क्ष की

जनर्ुजक्त तक अथवा उस तारीख तक जिसको इनका कार्यकाल सिस्ट्र् (न्र्ाजर्क), एनसीएलटी के रूप में पूरा होगा अथायत्

31.05.2021 (5 वर्य के कार्यकाल के पूरा होने) तक, अथवा अगले अिेिों तक, िो भी पहले हो, और आगे बढार्ा िाता है।

S.O. 8(E).—In continuation of this Ministry’s notifications S.O. No.72(E) dated 03^rd January, 2020,

S.O. 1393(E) dated 29^th April, 2020, S.O. 2377(E) dated 17^th July, 2020, S.O. 2796(E) dated 18^th August, 2020,

S.O. 3266(E) dated 24^th September, 2020, S.O. 3717(E) dated 21^st October, 2020 and S.O. 4039(E) dated 10^th

November, 2020 and in pursuance of order dated 09.12.2020 passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Writ

Petition (Civil) No. 1268 of 2020, the term of office of Shri Bethala Shantha Vijaya Prakash Kumar, Member

(Judicial), as Acting President, NCLT is further extended from 05.12.2020 to till the appointment of regular President

of NCLT, or until the date on which he shall complete his tenure as Member (Judicial), NCLT i.e. 31.05.2021

(completion of 5 years’ tenure), or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
