भारत सरकार के इस्ट्पात मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संखयांक का.आ. 1746(अ), तारीख 9 मई 2019 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन

करती है, अर्ाात्:-

उक्त अजधसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम संखयांक 2 के सामने, स्ट् तंभ (2) के अधीन प्रज्जोयक के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2020

S.O. 21(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act,

1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1746 (E), dated the 9^th May, 2019, published in the Gazette

of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16^th May, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the table, against serial number 2, for the entries under columns (2), the following

entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Shri Asim Kumar Paul,

Chief General Manager I/c (P&A),

Durgapur Steel Plant,

Durgapur - 713204.”
