का.अ. 31(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे आसमें आसके

पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन िारी की गइ भारत सरकार के सड़क

पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ.S.O. 3613(ऄ) ददनांक 15 ऄक्टूबर 2020 , िो भारत के

रािपत्र, ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, ईपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गइ थी, द्वारा तजमलनाडु राज्य में NH-45E &

NH-220 के दक.मी. 2+750 से दक.मी.73+400 तक & दक.मी. 215+500 से दक.मी.273+600 तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग

के जनमागण(चौड़ा करने / दो लेन का बनाने, अदद), ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध

ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄिगन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख "थी जहन्द्दू " को

"ददनाकरन" और "28^th ऄक्टूबर 2020" दोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;

और अक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईन पर जवचार कर जलया है और अक्षेपों को ऄननुज्ञात कर ददया

है ;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी

ररपोटग दे दी है ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ

की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का

पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऄिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;

और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

आस ऄजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी ।

ऄनुसूची

जिले में एनएच 220की भूजम के खंड Km 215 + 500 से Km 273 + 600 जिला रािस्ट्व ऄजधकारी, थेनीतजमलनाडु के

तहत जगरने वाली िमीन को ऄजधग्रजहत करने का संजक्षप्त जववरण। यह भूजम पर NH-45 एक्सटेंिन और NH-220 का

रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन है। यह भूजम जनमागण(चौड़ीकरण / टू-लेननग, आत्यादद) के जलये खंड 2 + 750 से दकलोमीटर

73 + 400 और दकमी 215 + 500 से दकलोमीटर 273 + 600 ऄजधकृत की िानी है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2021

S.O. 31(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, S.O. 3613(E) dated 15^th October 2020 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in

the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation of NH-45E and NH-220 on the stretch of land from Km 2+750 to Km 73+400 and from Km 215+500 to Km

273+600 respectively in the state of TAMIL NADU.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Hindu” and “Dinakaran” both

dated 28^th October 2020 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the

Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall

vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

SCHEDULE

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the NH-220 in the stretch of land

from Km 215+500 to Km 273+600 (under Special District Revenue Officer, NH-220, Theni) of NH-220 in the

district of THENI in the state of TAMIL NADU for building (widening/two-laning, etc.), maintenance, management

and operation of NH-45 Extn and NH-220 on the stretch of land from Km 2+750 to Km 73+400 and from

Km 215+500 to Km 273+600 respectively in the state of TAMIL NADU.
