का.आ. 83(अ).—पूवग सक्षम अजधकारी, जविेष भूजम अध्याजि अजधकारी (संयुक्त संगठन), बादा का

कायागलय जिला मुख्यालय महोबा से 60 दकमी दूर जस्ट्थत है। भूजम अजधग्रहण तहसील एवं जिला महोबा की हो

रही है, लेदकन सक्षम प्राजधकारी कायागलय बांदा जिला में है। इनका कायगक्षेत्र अजधक है दकन्तु स्ट्टाफ अपयागि है।

अन्य जिले में लोक जिकायत की सुनवाई करने में दकसानों को समस्ट्या होगी तथा िासन प्रिासन को भी

मुआविा जनधागरण जवतरण एवं कब्िा ददलाने में समस्ट्या होगी इस कारण सक्षम प्राजधकारी, बांदा के स्ट्थान पर

महोबा जिले के जिला मुख्यालय में अपर जिलाजधकारी (जवत्त एवं रािस्ट्व) को सक्षम प्राजधकारी बनाया िाना

उजचत है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th January, 2021

S.O. 83(E).—The office of the former Competent Officer, Special Land Acquisition Officer (Joint

Organization), Bada is located 60 km. from the district headquarters Mahoba. Land acquisition is being

done in Tehsil and District Mahoba, but the competent authority office is in Banda district. Their scope is

more but staff is insufficient. Farmers will have a problem in hearing public grievances in other districts

and the government administration will also have problems in providing compensation distribution and

possession, so the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) at District Headquarters of

Mahoba District in place of the Competent Authority, Banda. It is appropriate to be made a Competent

Authority.
