New Delhi, the 13^th January, 2021

S.O. 190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of

Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (48 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in

the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles No. S.O. 644(E) dated 29^th January, 1983, namely:-
