NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2021

S.O. 220(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 272

of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby authorizes

Shri Rakesh Sasibhushan, Chairman- cum- Managing Director, Antrix Corporation Limited (a Government

Company registered under the Companies Act having CIN-U85110KA1992GOI013570) to present a

petition before the Tribunal for winding up of Devas Multimedia Private Limited (a company registered

under the Companies Act having CIN U92132KA2004PTC035261) on the grounds specified under clause

(c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 271 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013).

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
