का.आ. 254(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956(1956 का 48)( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात

उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो

िाने के पश्चात की महाराष्ट्र राज्य के अहमदनगर जिले में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख् या 548डी के दक.मी. 110.100 से दक.मी.

132.600 (तांदळी से होकर, काष्टी, ललपणगाव, श्रीगोदा आढळगाव मे समाप्त होने वाला राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ) दो लेन पवेद

िोल्डर बनाने , चार लेन व्यवस्ट्था का जनमागण , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रोयोिन के जलए भूजम अपेजक्षत है ,

जिसका संजक्षप्त वणगन नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में ददए गया है , ऐसी भूजम का अिगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा

करती है;

कोई व् यजक्त, िो उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३ग की उप-धारा (१) के अधीन पूवोक्त

प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग पर रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से इक्कीस ददन के भीतर आक्षेप

कर सकेगा ;

ऐसा प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम अजधकारी , अथागत उपजवभागीय अजधकारी,श्रीगोदा-पारनेर भाग,अहमदनगर., को

जलजखत रूप में दकया िायेगा और उसमे आधार अजधकजथत दकये िायेंगे और सक्षम अजधकारी अक्सेपकताग को व्यजक्तगत

रूप में या दकसी जवजध व् यवसायी दवारा सुने िाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसे सभी आक्षेपों की सुनवाई करने के पश्चात तथा

ऐसी और िांच करने के पश्चात , यदद कोई हो, जिसे सक्षम प्रजधकारी आवियक समझे , आदेि दवारा या तो आक्षेपों को

अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा;

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३ग की उपधारा(१) के अधीन सक्षम अजधकारी दवारा दकया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा ; और

इस अजधसूचना के अंतगगत आने वाली भूजम के भुरेखांक और अन्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राजधकरी के उक्त कायागलय में उपलब्ध है और

जहतबद्ध व् यजक्तयों द्वारा जनररक्षण दकया िा सकता है

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2021

S.O. 254(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building

(Widening / Two / Four-Laning etc.) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.548D in the

stretch of land from Km 110.100 to Km 132.600 (Starting at Kashti on junction NH-160, Inamgaon, shrigonda and

terminate at Adhalgaon ) in Shrigonda Taluka and District Ahmednagar in the State of Maharashtra.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act

Every Such objection shall be made to competent authority, namely, the Subdivisional Officer Shrigonda-

Parner Division,Ahmednagar in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give

the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such

objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either

allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-Section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The Land plans and the other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Adhalgaon from Km 110.100 to 132/600 Upgradation/ Reconstruction to two lanes with paved shoulder/Four lane
