जबᳰक, िव᳡ डोप रोधी संिहता, 2021 ᳰदनांक 01.01.2021 से लागू होने के कारण डोप-रोधी िनयम, 2015

उᲦ संिहता के ᮧावधानᲂ के पूणᭅत: अनुᱨप नहᱭ है ।

उपरोᲦ के म᳎ेनजर अिधसूचना एफ.सं. 21-4/2008-आईडी, ᳰदनांक 29 मई, 2015 को िन᭬ᮧभावी ᳰकया जाता

है और यह ᳰदनांक 01.01.2021 से ᮧभावी होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st January, 2021

F.No. 21-4/2008-SP.V.—Whereas, the Anti-Doping Rules, 2015, of the National Anti-Doping

Agency, were notified vide Notification F.No. 21-4/2008-ID, dated 29^th May, 2015.

Whereas, consequent on coming into force of the World Anti Doping Code, 2021, with effect from

01.01.2021, the Anti-Doping Rules, 2015, are not entirely consonant with the provisions of the said Code.

In view of above, the Notification F.No. 21-4/2008-ID, dated 29^th May, 2015, is hereby annulled

and will be deemed to have ceased to be in operation w.e.f. 01.01.2021.
