सा.का.जन. 41(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की

उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाित् :-

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जसक् का जनमािण (“श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि

की 125 िीं ियंती ” के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणो्सि मनाने के जलए जसक् का िारी करना) जनयम, 2021 है।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. जसक्कों का मूल्यिगि.- “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि की 125 िीं ियंती” के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणो्सि मनाने के

जलए केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ रूपये, पचास रूपये और िस रूपये

मूल्यिगि के जसक्कों का जनमािण दकया िायेगा।

3. जसक्कों का आकार और संरचना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मूल्यिगि के जसक्के जनम्नजलजखत आकार और संरचना के

अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित् :-

जडिाइन.– जसक्कों का जडिाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में जिजनर्ििष् ट दकए अनुसार होगा।

मानक भार तथा अनुज्ञात उपचार.- “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि की 125 िीं ियंती” के अिसर पर

स्ट्मरणो्सि मनाने के जलए उपयुिक् त अंदकत मूल् य के बनाए गए जसक् के का मानक भार और ऐसे जसक् कों को बनाने में

अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िूसरी अनुसूची में जिजनर्ििष् ट है।

पहली अनुसूची

एक सौ रूपये

अग्र भाग: जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का िंसंह िी्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “स्यमेि ियते” उ् कीर्णित

होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। िंसंह

िी्ि के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा ।

पृष्ठ भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि” का प्रजतिंबंब होगा। जसक् के के ऊपरी पररजध

पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि की 125 िीं ियंती” और जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2021

G.S.R. 41(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the

Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -

Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coins

to commemorate on the occasion of 125^TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI

PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Denomination of coins.- The coins of One Hundred Rupees, Fifty Rupees and Ten Rupees denominations shall

only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the

occasion of “125^TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI

MAHARAJ”.

Dimension and composition of coins. - The coins of the above denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall

conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

1. Design.- The design of the coins shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.

2. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coins of above denomination coined to

commemorate the occasion of 125^TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI

PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified

in the Second Schedule to these rules.

The First Schedule

(i) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES

OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the

legend “स्यमेि ियते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri

script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol

“₹” and denominational value “100” in the International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the portrait of SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI

MAHARAJ. The inscription “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि की 125 िीं ियंती” is depicted on the upper

periphery of the coin. On the lower periphery of the coin the inscription “125^TH BIRTH

ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ” in English is depicted.

The year “2021” in International Numeral shall be written below the image of SRIMAT SWAMI

PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ.

(ii) FIFTY RUPEES

OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the

legend “स्यमेि ियते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri

script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol

“₹” and denominational value “50” in the International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the portrait of SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI

MAHARAJ. The inscription “श्रीमत स्ट् िामी प्रणिानंििी महाराि की 125 िीं ियंती” is depicted on the upper
