सा.का.जन. 437(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का

67), की धारा 9ख की उपधारा (5) और उपधारा (6) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजत तयक का प्रय ग करते एए, खान और खजनि (जिला

खजनि संस्ट्थान में अजभदाय) जनयम, 2015 में और संि धन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह , अथाात:-

1. (1) इन जनयमक का संजिप्त नाम खान और खजनि (जिला खजनि संस्ट्थान में अजभदाय) संि धन जनयम, 2021 ह ।

(2) ये 28 माचा, 2021 क प्रिृत्त एए समझे िाएंगे।

2. खान और खजनि (जिला खजनि संस्ट्थान में अजभदाय) जनयम, 2015 (इसे इसमें इसके पश् चात मूल जनयम कहा गया ह )

में, जनयम 2 में,—

(i) “पूिेिण अनुज्ञज‍ त-सह-खनन पट्टा” िब् दक के स्ट् थान पर, द नक िगहक पर िहां िे आते हैं, “समेदकत अनुज्ञज‍ त” िब् दक क

रखा िाएगा;

(ii) खंड (क) में, अंकक, अिरक और िब् द “12 िनिरी, 2015 क अथिा उसके पश्चात प्रदान दकया गया, यथाजस्ट्थजत,” के

पश् चात “उन खजनि ररयायतक से जभन् न ि धारा 10क की उप-धारा (2) के उपबंधक के अधीन िाजमल हैं” िब् दक, क ष् ठकक,

अंकक और अिर क अंत:स्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(iii) खंड (ख) में, अंकक, अिरक और िब् द “12 िनिरी, 2015 से पहले प्रदान दकए गए” के पश् चात “और िे खनन पट्टे ि

धारा 10क की उप-धारा (2) के उपबंधक के अधीन िाजमल हैं” िब् दक, क ष् ठकक, अंकक और अिर क अंत:स्ट् थाजपत दकया

िाएगा।

(iv) खंड (ख) के पश् चात, जनम् नजलजखत परंतुक क अंत:स्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाात् :

“परंतु धारा 10क की उप-धारा (2) के उपबंधक के अधीन िाजमल खनन पट्टक के संबंध में जनयम 2 के खंड (ख) में

जिजनर्ददष् ट दर पर गणना की गई रकम का संदत 28 माचा, 2021 से प्रिृत ह गा।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 25th June, 2021

G.S.R. 437(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 9B of

the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Mines and Minerals (Contribution to District

Mineral Foundation) Rules, 2015, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Mines and Minerals (Contribution to District Mineral Foundation)

Amendment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28^th day of March, 2021.

2. In the Mines and Minerals (Contribution to District Mineral Foundation) Rules, 2015, (hereinafter, the

principal rules), in rule 2,—

(i) for the words “prospecting licence-cum-mining lease”, at both the places where they occur, the words

“composite licence” shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (a), after the figures, letters and word “12^th January, 2015”, the words, brackets, figures and

letter “, other than those mineral concessions which are covered under the provisions of sub-section (2) of

section 10A” shall be inserted;

(iii) in clause (b), after the figures, letters and word “12^th January, 2015”, the words, brackets, figures and

letter “and those mining leases covered under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 10A” shall be

inserted.

(iv) after clause (b), the following proviso shall be inserted namely: —

“Provided that the amount calculated at the rate specified at clause (b) of rule 2 in respect of the

mining leases covered under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 10A shall be paid with effect from

the 28^th day of March, 2021.”
