का.आ. 2623(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य में टूण्डला

टर्मिनल से कानपुर टर्मिनल तक पेरोजलयम उत्पािों के पररविन के जलये इंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा

पाइपलाइन जिछाई िानी चाजिए।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जिछाने के प्रयोिन के जलये यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक ऐसी भूजम

में िो इस से उपािद्ध अनुसूची मे वर्णित िै, और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जिछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै, उपयोग के अजधकार

का अििन दकया िाए ।

अतः अि, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए उस भूजम में

उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै ।

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितिद्ध िै, उस तारीख से, जिसको इस अजधसूचना में युक्त

भारत के रािपत्र की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती िै, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन

जिछाए िाने के जलए उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार के संिंध में सक्षम प्राजधकारी, इंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड

पाइपलाइन्द्स प्रभाग, जनमािण कायािलय, उत्तरी क्षेत्र पाइपलाइन्द्स, टूण्डला - गौररया पाइपलाइन पररयोिना, ई-160,

प्रथम व जद्वतीय तल, कमला नगर, आगरा (यू.पी.) – 282004 को जलजखत रूप में आक्षेप भेि सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021

S.O. 2623(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public

interest that for the transportation of petroleum products from Tundla Terminal to Kanpur Terminal should

be laid by Indian Oil Corporation Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the

purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the

schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of section 3 of the

Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the

Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty–one days from

the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to

the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline

under the land to Competent Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Pipelines Division), Construction

Office, Northern Region Pipelines, Tundla-Gawria Pipeline Project, E-160, 1st & 2nd floor, Kamlanagar,

Agra (U.P.) – 282 004.
