का.आ. 2660(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रजतत िोता िै दक िासन (कनााटक राज्य) से
चेरलापल्ली (तेलंगाना राज्य) तक एलपीिी पररविन के जलए जिन्द्िुस्ट्तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन
जिछाई िानी चाजिए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जिछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक ऐसी
भूजम जिसके नीचे पाइपलाइन जिछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और िो इस अजधसूचना कल्याणिुगाम, कुडेरु, आत्माकुरु मंडल,
अनंतपुरमु जिला से उपािद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णात िै, उपयोग के अजधकार का अिान दकया िाए;
अतः अि, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन्द्स (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिान)
अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में
उपयोग के अजधकार का अिान करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै;
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णात भूजम में जितिद्ध िै, उस तारीख से जिसको, भारत के रािपत्र में यथा
प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती िै, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे
पाइपलाइन जिछाये िाने के जलए, उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिान करने के संिंध में श्री के. मधुसूिन राव, सक्षम
प्राजधकारी, िासन-चेरलापल्ली एलपीिी पाइपलाइन पररयोिना, जिन्द्िुस्ट्तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021
S.O. 2660(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transportation of LPG from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) pipeline
should be laid by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline,
it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid,
in Kalyandurgam, Kudair, Atmakur Mandal of Ananthapuramu District of Andhra Pradesh State and
which is described in the schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from
the date on which the copies of this notification issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as
published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the
acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri. K.Madhusudhana
Rao, The Competent Authority & Deputy Collector, Hassan-Cherlapalli LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited H.No..6-2-425-2, S.V.Nivas, Behind Narayana Concept School, Kovur
Nagar Extension, Ananthapuramu, AP-515 001

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021
S.O. 2662(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transportation of LPG from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) pipeline
should be laid by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline,
it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid,
in Krishnagiri and Kodumur Mandal of Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh State and which is described in
the schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from
the date on which the copies of this notification issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as
published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the
acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri. K.Madhusudhana
Rao, The Competent Authority & Deputy Collector, Hassan-Cherlapalli LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited H.No..6-2-425-2, S.V.Nivas, Behind Narayana Concept School, Kovur
Nagar Extension, Ananthapuramu, AP-515 001
