सा.का.जन. 463(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, आवश् यक वस्ट् तु अजधजनयम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत् त

िज‍ तय का प्रयोग करते हुए जवलायक, रेदिनेट और स्ट्लॉप (अिजन, जवक्रय, भंडारण और ऑटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का

जनवारण) आदेि, 2000 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अर्ाजत्: -

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम जवलायक, रैदिनेट और स्ट्लॉप (अिजन, जवक्रय, भंडारण

और ऑटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का जनवारण) संिोधन आदेि, 2021 है।

(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत् त होगा ।

2. जवलायक, रेदिनेट और स्ट्लॉप (अिजन, जवक्रय, भंडारण और ऑटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का जनवारण) आदेि, 2000

की अनुसूची में, प्रजवजि संख्या (4) के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजि रखी िाएगी, अर्ाजत्: -

"(4) पेंटेन/आइसोपेंटेन"

ORDER

New Delhi, the 1st July, 2021

G.S.R. 463(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act,

1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to further amend the

Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Order,

2000, namely:-

1.Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop

(Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Amendment Order, 2021.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Solvent, Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of Use in

Automobiles) Order, 2000, in the Schedule for entry number (4), the following entry shall be substituted,

namely:-

“(4) Pentane/ Isopentane”.

Note:- The principal Order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3
