का.आ. 2680(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोक जहत में यह आवश्यक है दक ‘पारािीप-
हजल्िया-िुगाापुर एलपीिी पाइपलाइन का संबधान तथा पटना और मुिफ्फरपुर तक इसका जवस्ट्तार’ पररयोिना के अन्द्तगात
पेरोजलयम पिाथो के पररवहन हेतु जबहार राज्य के बेगूसराय जिले के अंचल- बरौनी, भगवानपुर, मंसुर चक में इंजडयन
ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजहए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक उस भूजम में
जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है और िो इस अजधसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वर्णात है, उपयोग
के अजधकार का अिान दकया िाए ;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइंस (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिान) अजधजनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिान करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है।
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णात भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको, भारत के रािपत्र में यथा
प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती है, इक्कीस दिन के अन्द्िर, भूजम के
भीतर पाइपलाइन जबछाये िाने हेतु उपयोग के अजधकार के अिान के जलए, श्री भुवनेश्वर जमश्रा, से॰ जन॰ अपर सजचव

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th June, 2021
S.O. 2680(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public
interest that a pipeline should be laid by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Anchals- Barauni,
Bhagawanpur and Mansur chak of Begusarai district in the State of Bihar for ‘Augmentation of Paradip-
Haldia-Durgapur LPG pipeline and its extension upto Patna and Muzaffarpur’ for the transportation of LPG
Product;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which
is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the
date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general
public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the
land to Shri. Bhubneshwar Mishra, Additional Secretary (Retd.), Govt. of Bihar & Competent Authority,
Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Pipeline Division Barauni Construction Office, BKPL Head Quarter, Post-
Barauni Oil Refinery, District – Begusarai, Bihar – 851114.
