सा.का.जन. 485(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

गृह मंत्रालय , स्ट्िापक जनयंत्रण ब्यूरो (जसपाही) भती जनयम, 2018, में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं,

अथाचत :-

1. संजिप्त नाम तथा प्रारम्भ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, स्ट्िापक जनयंत्रण ब्यूरो, (जसपाही) भती

(संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. गृह मंत्रालय , स्ट्िापक जनयंत्रण ब्यूरो (जसपाही) भती जनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची में, -

(i) स्ट्तंभ (6) में, अंक “25” के स्ट्थान पर अंक “23” रखा जाएगा;

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (7) में, िीर्चक ‘िारीररक दिता परीिण’ के अधीन, -

(क) उप-िीर्चक ‘पुरुर् अभ्यथी‘ के अधीन प्रजिजियां “(ख)” और “(ग)” का लोप दकया जाएगा।

(ख) उप-िीर्चक ‘मजहला अभ्यथी‘ के अधीन प्रजिजियां “(ख)” और “(ग)” का लोप दकया जाएगा।

ददनांक 17 मई , 2018 के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड-3, उप.-खंड (i) में प्रकाजित

दकए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th March, 2021

G.S.R. 485(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Narcotics Control Bureau (Sepoy) Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.–– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Narcotics Control Bureau (Sepoy) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Sepoy) Recruitment Rules, 2018, in the

schedule,-

(i) in column(6), for the figures ―25‖, the figures ―23‖ shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (7), under the heading ‗The Physical Efficiency Test‘,-

(a) under sub-heading ‗Male Candidates‘, entries ―(b)‖ and ―(c)‖ shall be omitted;

(b) under sub-heading ‗Female Candidates‘, entries ―(b)‖ and ―(c)‖ shall be omitted.
