नइ ददल्ली, 9 जुलाइ, 2021

का.अ. 2758(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जजसे आसमें आसके

पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत सरकार के सड़क

पररवहन और राजमागग मंत्रालय, की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ.1086 (ऄ ) तारीख 9 माचग, 2021, जो भारत के राजपत्र,

ऄसाधारण, भाग-II, खण्ड-3, ईपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गइ थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नाजसक जजले में राष्ट्रीय राजमागग

संख्या-03 के 380/000 दक. मी. से 440/000 दक.मी. तक के भूखण्ड (पपपलगाव-नाजसक-गोंडे सेक्िन) के जनमागण (चौड़ा

करने/चार/छह लेन का बनाने अदद,) ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध

ऄनुसूची में जवर्ननददष्ट भूजम का ऄजगन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख 27 ऄप्रैल, 2021

को ''दैजनक सकाळ (मराठी)’’ और ''दैजनक लोकमत टाइम्स (ऄंग्रेजी)’’ दोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व्यजक्त से कोइ अक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं ;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी

ररपोटग दे दी है ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ

की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का

पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के जलए ऄजगन दकया जाना चाजहए ;

और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

आस ऄजधसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो जाएगी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th July, 2021

S.O. 2758(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways, number S.O.1086 (E) dated 9th March, 2021, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National

Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared

its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for

building (widening/four/six laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway

No. 03, on the stretch of land from Km.380/000 to Km.440/000 (Pimpalgaon-Nashik-Gonde Section) in

the district of Nashik in the state of MAHARASHTRA.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Sakal

(Marathi)” and “Dainik Lokmat times (English) ” both dated 9th April, 2021; under sub-section (3) of

section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objections has been received from any person by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent

Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the

powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government

hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said

Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

from Km.380/000 to Km. 440/000 (Pimpalgaon-Nashik-Gonde Section) on the National Highway
