का.आ. 2780(अ).—केन्‍द रीय सरकार, पयाावरण (संरक्षण) अजधजनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 3 की उप-

धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजतियय का प्रयगग करते ुएए और भारत सरकार के तत् कालीन पयाावरण और वन मंत्रालय की

अजधसूचना संख यांक का.आ. 1533(अ), तारीख 14 जसतंबर, 2006 के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के पयाावरण, वन और

जलवायु पररवतान मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना जग भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ।।, खण् ड 3, उपखण् ड (ii) में संख यांक

का.आ. 3170(अ) तारीख 29 जून, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई थी, में एतदद्वारा जनम् नजलजखत संिगधन करती ै।

उक् त अजधसूचना में, -

(क)

प।रा 2 के बाद, जनम् नजलजखत प।रा जनजवष् ट दकया जाएगा, अथाात् : -

‘‘2 क. प।रा 2 में जनजैत दकसी बात के ैगते ुएए भी, प्राजधकरण, छत् तीसग क के अ‍ यक्ष और सदस्ट् य 28 जसतंबर,

2021 तक की अवजध तक या नए प्राजधकरण, छत् तीसग क के पुन. ग न ैगने तक, जग भी पैले ैग, कायाभार

संभालेंगे।’’;

(ख)

प।रा 6 के बाद, जनम् नजलजखत प।रा जनजवष् ट दकया जाएगा, अथाात् : -

‘‘6क. प।रा 6 में जनजैत दकसी बात के ैगते ुएए भी, राज् य स्ट् तरीय जविेज्ञ मूल् यांकन सजमजत, छत् तीसग क के अ‍ यक्ष

और सदस्ट् य 28 जसतंबर, 2021 तक की अवजध तक या नए राज् य स्ट् तरीय जविेज्ञ मूल् यांकन सजमजत, छत् तीसग क के

पुन: ग न ैगने तक, जग भी पैले ैग, कायाभार संभालेंगे।’’

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th July, 2021

S.O. 2780(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the

Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of

India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14^th

September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), vide number SO 3170(E), dated the 29^th

June, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, -

(a)

after paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: -

“2 A. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the Chairman and members of the

Authority, Chhattisgarh shall hold office for a term up to the 28^th September, 2021 or till the re-

constitution of the new Authority, Chhattisgarh, whichever is earlier.”;

(b)

after paragraph 6, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: -

“6 A. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 6, the Chairman and members of the State

Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Chhattisgarh shall hold office for a term up to the 28^th

September, 2021 or till the re-constitution of the new State Level Expert Appraisal Committee,

Chhattisgarh, whichever is earlier.”.
