का.अ. 2818(ऄ).—केंद्रीय सरकार संयुक्त राष्ट्र (सुरक्षा पररषद्) ऄजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का 43) की धारा 2

द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तय का प्रयगग करते ुए, आराक अदेि, 2016 संबंधी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद् संकल्प के कायाान्ियन में

जनम्नजलजखत और संिगधन करती है, ऄथाात् :-

(1) संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) आस अदेि का संजक्षप् त नाम आराक (संिगधन) अदेि, 2021 संबंधी संयुक्त

राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद् संकल्प है।

(2) यह रािपत्र में आसके प्रकािन की तारीख कग लागू हगगा।

2. आराक अदेि, 2016 संबंधी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद् संकल् प के कायाान्ियन की, ऄनुसूची के, ईपाबंध 2 में,-

(क) िीषाक "कः िैयजक्तक” के ऄधीन प्रजिजि अइक्यूअइ.031, अइक्यूअइ.033 और प्रजिजि अइक्यूअइ.035

का लगप दकया िाएगा;

(ख) िीषाक "खः ऄजस्ट्तत्ि एिं ऄन्य समूह” के ऄधीन प्रजिजि ख अइक्यूइ. 003, अइक्यूइ. 032, अइक्यूइ. 086,

अइक्यूइ. 100, अइक्यूइ. 111, अइक्यूइ. 125, अइक्यूइ. 144 अइक्यूइ. 167 अइक्यूइ.170 अइक्यूइ. 177

अइक्यूइ. 184 और प्रजिजि अइक्यूइ.192 का लगप दकया िाएगा।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th July, 2021

S.O. 2818(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security

Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments

in the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq Order, 2016, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the

United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq (Amendment) Order, 2021.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016,

in the Schedule, in Annexure 2,-

(a) under the heading “A: Individuals”, entries IQi.031, IQi.033 and IQi.035 shall be omitted;

(b) under the heading “B. Entities and other groups”, entries IQe.003, IQe.032, IQe.086, IQe.100,

IQe.111, IQe.125, IQe.144, IQe.167, IQe.170, IQe.177, IQe.184 and entry IQe.192 shall be

omitted.
