सा.का.जन. 496(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमायण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की
उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथायत्:-

संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जस् का जनमायण (श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद
की 125िीं ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट् मरणो् सि मनाने के जलए स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2021 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

जसक्का का मूल् यिगय.- “श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद की 125िीं ियंती” के अिसर पर स्ट् मरणो् सि मनाने के
जलए केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ पच्चीस रुपये मूल् यिगय के जसक्के का
जनमायण दकया िाएगा ।
3.
जसक्के की जिमाएं और संरचना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत उपरोि मूल् यिगय के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के
अनुरूप होंगे, अथायत् :-

जडज़ाइन.- जसक्के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में जिजनर्ददष्ट अनुसार होगा।
5.
मानक ििन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.- श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद की 125िीं ियंती के अिसर पर
स्ट् मरणो् सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल् य िगय के बनाए गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात
उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की दूसरी अनुसूची में जिजनर्ददष् ट होगा।

जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससह िीषय होगा, जिसके नीचे “स्यमेि ियते” उ् कीर्थणत होगा, उसकी बाईं
पररजध पर देिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब् द और दाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् द होगा। ससह िीषय के नीचे रुपये
का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरायष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “125” भी होगा ।
पृष्ट भाग:
जसक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद का जचत्र होगा। जस् के के ऊपरी पररजध पर देिनागरी
जलजप में “श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद की 125िीं ियंती” जलखा होगा। जस् के के जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में
“125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRILA A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPADA”
उ् कीर्थणत होगा। श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद के जचत्र के बाईं र अंतरायष् रीय अंको में िषय “1896” और दाईं
र िषय “2021” जलजखत होगा ।

New Delhi, the 19th July, 2021
G.S.R. 496(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of
section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following
rules, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of
Commemorative Coin to commemorate on the occasion of 125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRILA
A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPADA) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Twenty Five Rupees denomination shall only be
coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the
occasion of “125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRILA A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI
PRABHUPADA”.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall
conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination
coined to commemorate the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Srila A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA
SWAMI PRABHUPADA and the remedy allowed in making of the coin shall be as specified in the
Second Schedule to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव
जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the
right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and
denominational value “125” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of coin shall bear the image of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in the centre. The
inscription “श्रील ए. सी. भजििेदांत स्ट्िामी प्रभुपाद की 125िीं ियंती” in Hindi is depicted on the upper
periphery of the coin and the inscription “125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRILA A.C.
BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPADA” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the
coin. The year “1896” and “2021” in international numeral shall be written beside left side and right side
of the image of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
