का.आ. 2878 (अ).—िबदक केन्‍द रीय सरकार ने िंड प्रदसया संजहता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (8) के

साथ पठित राष्‍ट रीय अन्‍द ेषण ण अजभकरण अजधजनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजतियय का

प्रयोग करते हुए ज चारण न्‍द यायालय मर राष्‍ट रीय अन्‍द ेषण ण अजभकरण द्वारा िु क दकए गए मामल , छत्तीसगढ़ के भू-भाग मर ज जध द्वारा

स्ट् थाजपत पुनरीषण ण अथ ा अपीलीय न्‍द यायालय मर उतिय मामल से सबंबंजधत अपील , पुनरीषण ण अथ ा अन्‍द य ज षण य को संचाजलत करने

हेतु, श्री दकिोर भिुठरया की ज िेषण लोक अजभयोिक के कप मर जनयुजतिय को अजधसूजचत दकया था िो दिनांक 25 मई , 2015 के का.आ.

1390 (अ) के तहत भारत के रािपत्र,असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (ii) मर प्रकाजित हुआ था;

और िबदक, श्री दकिोर भिुठरया ने अपना इस्ट्तीफ़ा िे दिया है, इसजलए केन्‍द रीय सरकार ने श्री दकिोर भिुठरया की जनयुजतिय

को समाप् त करने का जनणणय दकया है;

अत:, अब केन्‍द रीय सरकार श्री दकिोर भिुठरया की ज िेषण लोक अजभयोिक के कप मर जनयुजतिय को तत् काल प्रभा से रद क करती

है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th July, 2021

S.O.2878(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the National

Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government had notified Shri Kishore Bhaduria, as Special Public

Prosecutor, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.

1390 (E), dated the 25^th May, 2015 for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial

courts, appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of the case in revisional or appellate courts established by law in

the territory of the State of Chhattisarh;

And whereas, since Shri Kishore Bhaduria has tendered his resignation, the Central Government has decided

to discontinue the engagement of Shri Kishore Bhaduria;

Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Shri Kishore Bhaduria, as Special

Public Prosecutor with immediate effect.
