साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अजभकरण अजधजनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और ददनांक 9 जसतंबर, 2020 की अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3104 (अ.) के अजधिमण में,

श्री गगनदीप ससह वासू को इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीन वषो के जलए चंडीगढ़ के केंद्र िाजसत प्रदेि में

जवजध द्वारा स्ट्थाजपत जविेष न्यायालय, एन आई ए और उच्च न्यायालय के अलावा पंिाब (मोहाली) एवं हठरयाणा

(पंचकुला) में जस्ट्थत एन आई ए जविेष न्यायालय के समक्ष राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अजभकरण की ओर से मामलों में पैरवी करने के

जलए एतद्द्वारा, जविेष लोक अजभयोिक (एस पी पी) के रूप में जनयुि करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th July, 2021

S.O. 2876(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National

Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) and in supersession of the notification No. S.O. 3104 (E) dated the 9^th September, 2020,

the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Gagandeep Singh Wasu as Special Public Prosecutor (SPPs) for

conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before NIA Special Courts for Punjab (Mohali)

and Haryana (Panchkula) in addition to NIA Special Court and High Court established by law in the territory of the

Union Territory of Chandigarh for three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
