का.आ. 2905(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्‍ट रीय सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम बोडड जनयम, 2006 के जनयम 3 के साथ पठित

सूक्ष् म, लघु और मध् यम उद्यम जिकास अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 27) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) के खंड (क) और (ख) द्वारा प्रदत

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की रािपत्र अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.

498(अ), ददनांक 2 फरिरी, 2021 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथाडत्:-

(i)

उि अजधसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकए िाएंगे अथाडत्: -

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2021

S.O. 2905(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) & (b) of Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), read with rule 3 of the National Board for

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the

gazette notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O.498

(E), dated the 2^nd February, 2021 namely:-

(i) In the said notification, - for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted

namely:-

―1. Shri Narayan Tatu Rane, Union Minister, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

- Chairperson-ex officio‖

(ii) In the said notification, - for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted

namely:-

―2. Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, Minister of State, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

– Vice Chairperson - ex officio‖.
