सा.का.जन. 193(अ.) ददनांक 16 माचथ, 2021 की भारत सरकार की अजधसूचना का अजधक्रमण करते हुए, जसिाय ऐसे

अजधक्रमण से पूिथ दकए गए या लोप दकए िाने िाले कायों के अलािा, केन्द्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा, ददनांक 22.3.2022 तक

की अिजध के जलए तत्काल प्रभाि से एक सलाहकार बोडथ का पुनगथठन करती है, जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत िाजमल हैं:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th July, 2021

G.S.R. 507(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of

Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) and in supersession of

the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G.S.R.

No. 193 (E) dated 16^th March, 2021 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board with immediate effect for a

period upto 22.3.2022, consisting of :
