रेल अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20A के अंतगवत

का.आ. 2944(अ).—रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 की धारा 20A की उपधारा (1) (जिसे इसके पश् चात उक्त

अजधजनयम कहा गया है) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए (89 का 24) केंद्रीय सरकार, सार्विजनक उद्देश्य के जलए

संतुष्ट होने के बाद ऐसी भूजम का, जिसका संजिप् त र्णवन संलग्न अनुसूची में ददया गया है, िो दक जर्िेष रेल पररयोिना

अथावत झारसुगुड़ा - जबलासपुर चौथी लाइन पररयोिना (झारसुगुड़ा जिला) के ओजडिा राज्य में जनष्पादन के जलए

आर्ियक है, एतद् द्वारा अजधकरण करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है, उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त इस

अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने के तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा घ की उपधारा (१) के

अधीन, पुर्ोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवन एर्ं उपयोग के सम्बन्ध पर आिेप कर सकेगा; ऐसा प्रत्येक आिेप,

सिम प्राजधकारी, याजन तहसीलदार झारसुगुड़ा, ओजडिा को जलजखत में दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपर्र्णणत दकये

िायेंगे तथा सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताव को र्ैयजक्तक रूप से या जर्जध व्यर्सायी के माध् यम से सुनर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान

करेगा और ऐसे सभी आिेपों की सुनर्ाई करने तथा ऐसी अजतररक्त िााँच, यदद कोई हो तो, करने के पश् चात, िो सिम

प्राजधकारी आर्ियक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, आिेपों को या तो अनुज्ञात या आननुगात कर सकेगा उक्त अजधनयम की

धारा २०घ की उपधारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा; इस अजधसूचना के

अधीन आने र्ाली भूजम का रेखांक एर्ं अन्य ब्यौरा उपलब्ध है जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा उनका जनररिण सिम प्राजधकारी के

उपरोक्त कायावलय में दकया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th July, 2021

Under Section 20A of the Railways Act 1989

S.O. 2944(E).— In exercise of Power conferred by sub section (1) of section 20A of the Railways

Act 1989 (24 of 89) (hereafter referred as the said act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that

for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in schedule annexed hereto is required

for execution of Special Railway project, namely Jharsuguda – Bilaspur 4th line in the state of Odisha,

hereby declares its intention to acquire such land; Any person in the said land may, within the period of

30days for the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of

such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section 20D of the said act;

Every objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Tahsildar-Jharsuguda ,Odisha

in writing, and shall set out ground thereof and the competent Authority shall give the objections and after

making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

disallow the objections; Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D

of the said Act shall be final; The land plans and other detail of the land covered under this notification are

available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
