का.अ. 2936(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ऄजधजनयम,1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे आसमें आसके

पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की ईप-धारा (1) के ऄधीन िारी की भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन

एवं रािमागग मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ. 1769(ऄ) ददनांक 06 मइ, 2021 िो भारत के रािपत्र, ऄसाधारण,

भाग II, खण्ड 3, ईपखंड(ii) में प्रकाजित की गइ थी, द्वारा जबहार राज्य के सुपौल जिले में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख्या-106

(वीरपुर-जबहपुर खण्ड) के दक.मी. 0.00 से दक. मी. 136.00 तक के भू-खण्ड पर पथ (चौड़ीकरण/ मिबूतीकरण एवं दो

लेन बनाने, अदद), ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए ईक्त ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची में

जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄिगन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी;

और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख “19 मइ, 2021

को “ द टाआम्स ऑफ़ आंजडया” और “दैजनक िागरण” में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, जिसका िुजद्धपत्र ददनांक 27 मइ, 2021 को

“दैजनक िागरण” में प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

और िुन्द्य अक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईन पर जवचार कर जलया है और अक्षेपो को ऄननुज्ञात कर

ददया गया है;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी

ररपोटग दे दी हैं;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, ऄथागत् जिला भू-ऄिगन पदाजधकारी, सुपौल, जबहार की ईक्त ररपोटग

प्राप्त हो िाने और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा

करती है दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्तं प्रयोिन के जलए ऄिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;

और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

आस ऄजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमो से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th July, 2021

S.O. 2936(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, number S.O. 1769(E), Dated 6^th May, 2021 Published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land

specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for Construction of Road (widening/Strengthening

two-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 106, on the stretch of land

from km 0.00 to km 136.00 (Birpur-Bihpur Section) in the district of Supaul, in the State of Bihar.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” and

“Dainik Jagran” dated 19.05.2021; under sub section (3) of section 3A of the said Act, whose corrigendum was

publishes in “Dainik Jagran” on 27^th May, 2021;

And whereas Zero objection have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by

the competent authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, namely, the District Land

Acquisition officer, Supaul, Bihar, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said

Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the

aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government

hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said schedule

shall vest absolutely in the Central government, free from all encumbrances;
