सा.का.जन. 513(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रिासजनक अजधकरण अजधजनयम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 13 की उप

धारा (1) और (2) के साथ पठित धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘ख’ और

समूह ‘ग’ प्रकीणण पद) भती जनयम, 2015 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते है, अथाणत् :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केंद्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘ख’ और समूह ‘ग’ प्रकीणण

पद) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 है I

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे I

केंद्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘ख’ और समूह ‘ग’ प्रकीणण पद) भती जनयम, 2015 में, (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उि

जनयम कहा गया है), जनयम 2 के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा, अथाणत्त :-

“2. पदों की संख्या, िगीकरण और िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर, — उि पदों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण और उससे संलग्न

िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर को इन जनयमों से उपाबध्द अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जिजनर्ददष्ट है I”

(क) अनुभाग अजधकारी/न्यायालय अजधकारी पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, -

जनयजमत सेिा के पूरा होने पर स्ट्तर 10 (56100 –

177500 रु.) में अकृजययक ग्रेड प्रदान दकया िायेगा”;

(ii)

स्ट्तंभ (11) में, —

(अ)

प्रोन्नजत उपिीर्ण के नीचे, —

(क)

मद (i) में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. के साथ 4600 रु. का ग्रेड िेतन” िब्दों, अंकों और

अक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर, “िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 7 (44900 – 142400 रु.)” िब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे

िाएंगे;

(ख)

ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ग)

मद (ii) में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. के साथ 4600 रु. का ग्रेड िेतन” िब्दों, अंकों और

िाएंगे;

(आ)

प्रजतजनयुजि या आमेलन उपिीर्ण के नीचे,-

(क)

मद (क) में, उप-मद (ii) में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. के साथ 4600 रु. का ग्रेड िेतन”

िब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर, “िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 7 (44900 – 142400 रु.)” िब्द,

अंक और अक्षर रखे िाएंगे;

(ख)

ठिप्पण 3 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ख) सहायक पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, —

(i)

स्ट्तंभ (1) में, “सहायक” िब्दो के स्ट्थान पर, “सहायक अनुभाग अजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में स्ट्तंभ िीर्ण और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तंभ िीर्ण और प्रजिजष्टयां

रखी िाएँगी, अथाणत :-

“ िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर”

(iii)

स्ट्तंभ (11) में ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(घ) उच्च श्रेणी जलजपक पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, —

(i)

स्ट्तंभ (1) में, “उच्च श्रेणी जलजपक” िब्दो के स्ट्थान पर, “िठरष्ठ सहायक” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;

रखी िाएँगी, अथाणत :-

“ िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर”

(iii)

स्ट्तंभ (11) में, —

(क)

मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 2 (19900 – 63200 रु.)” िब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे िाएंगे;

(ख)

प्रोन्नजत उपिीर्ण के नीचे ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ग)

प्रजतजनयुजि उपिीर्ण के नीचे ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ङ) अिर श्रेणी जलजपक/जहन्दी िंकक पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने, —

(i)

स्ट्तंभ (1) में, “अिर श्रेणी जलजपक” िब्दो के स्ट्थान पर, “कजनष्ठ सहायक” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th July, 2021

G.S.R. 513(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 read with sub-sections (1) and

(2) of section 13 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby

makes the following rules to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‗B‘ and Group ‗C‘

Miscellaneous Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative

Tribunal (Group ‗B‘ and Group ‗C‘ Miscellaneous Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‗B‘ and Group ‗C‘ Miscellaneous Posts)

Recruitment Rules, 2015, (hereinafter referred as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be

substituted, namely:-

―2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.— The number of said posts, their

classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2)

to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.‖.

In the said rules, in the Schedule, —

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Section Officer or Court Officer, —

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii)

in column (11), —

(A)

under the sub-heading Promotion, —

―Level in Pay Matrix

Level 8 (Rs. 47600 - 151100) and on

completion of four years regular service in the

Level 8 granted non-functional grade in Level

10 (Rs. 56100 - 177500)‖;

Note 3 shall be omitted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Assistant, —

(i)

in column (1), for the words ―Assistant‖, the words ―Assistant Section Officer‖ shall be

substituted;

(ii)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

in column (11), Note 2 shall be omitted;

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(A)

for the words, figures and letters ―pay band-1 with grade pay of Rs. 2400‖, the

words, figures and letters ―Level 4 (Rs. 25500 – 81100) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be

substituted;

(d) against serial number 4, relating to the post of Upper Division Clerk, —

(i)

in column (1), for the words ―Upper Division Clerk‖, the words ―Senior Assistant‖ shall be

substituted;

(ii)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

substituted;

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
